Just bought a Nutrimill

We’ve been baking our own wheat bread for over three months now. It tastes so good you wouldn’t believe it, and I think we almost have our recipe down 100%. The only downside is we’re using a manual mill at this point. It made sense in the beginning because we wanted to make sure we were covered in the event of a prolonged outage. I also wanted to ensure we would know how to actually use the thing. Now that I’m sure this is something we want to continue, it is also time for some more convenient hardware.
After searching online and reading lots of reviews, it’s obvious the Nutrimill is the best choice if you’re willing to spend the money. After baking three loaves this past weekend (and manually grinding all the wheat), I’m VERY willing to spend the money! I’m hoping to have it by the end of the month and will post a review sometime in June.
